This project is a dormitory facility within a utility building for the Dhamrai Industrial Units of IPL amassing 2055 sq. m. area. The program provides accommodation amenities for prospective national and international industrial officials, buyers, investors, researchers and expatriates affiliated with the pharmaceutical industry.
The project opens up with an extravagant reception and library area that amplifies the ambience buffering the noise towards the internal spaces . The dormitory includes four types of soundly furnished rooms from A to D type with attached washrooms for accommodating regular to higher officials and industrial exponents. The entire premise is supported by facilities like gym, prayer facilities and a pantry. Selective paintings and photographs from eminent artists and luminaries complements the entire corridors inducing a “gallery-like-feel”.
