The Ground Breaking Ceremony of Kazi Ghiyasuddin Museum, a Neoformation Architects DW –Dehsar Works joint initiative took place at the site premises. The program was inaugurated in the presence of H.E. Japanese Ambassador to Bangladesh Mr. Saida Shinichi, the artist himself Mr. Kazi Ghiyasuddin, with the respective Project teams and other national and foreign dignitaries amongst other distinguished guests across the field of art and architecture.
The program presided over an opening speech from the Team leader architect Mr. Khalid Ahmed Khan with valuable insights about the veteran artist and the project. The program proceeded with valuable words from renowned Industrialist and Entrepreneur and Chairman and Founder of Bengal Group Limited Mr. Abul Khair Litu, followed by Director General of Bengal Foundation Ms. Luva Nahid Choudhury, H.E. Mr. Saida Shinichi, Japanese Ambassador to Bangladesh and the Artist himself Mr. Kazi Ghiyasuddin. The program concluded with the official inauguration, refreshments with warm felicitations from the teams present.
It’s a dawning of a historic journey, etching of a glorious architectural leaf that unleashes momentous thrill and some exciting challenges ahead.
