The six-storied Production building under the IPL Chemical division is an industrial building with six regular floors and subsequent mezzanine at each floor. This building consists of production, warehouse facilities with utilities that are in sync with other production units within the site. One of the significant parts of the project is the Solvent Recovery Plant at the south-west side that consisted of a waste recycling plant that recycles wastes and chemical residual solvent for various stages of production.
