Next Spaces has been an expertise in the integration of professional design and construction philosophy for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) arena in Bangladesh for nearly 20 years. It encompassed small scale refurbishments to major multi‐national developments, projects of all sizes in foundation, construction, engineering and facilities management. Therefore the head office was developed with the state of the art amenities that ensures inclusivity and flexibility of all the professionals associated with the work, management and site developments. One of the key aspects of the project was the refurbishment of a building used previously as a warehouse.
