The 4-storied building encompasses the pharmaceutical Equipment Manufacturing Plant for Swiss Bio-hygienic Equipment, an equipment manufacturer that specializes in the field of hygienic plant and process pipe construction. The concrete-brick composite building is articulated in sync with the ergonomic standards of equipment production. Therefore lofted areas at the center are flanked by lift cores at two ends that assist in craning goods for loading and unloading. The second level accommodates exclusive office spaces for affiliated people working at site. The upper levels are mitigated for utilities, storage and maintenance purpose.
